1000 – 1500

Description:
A preconference workshop examining and practicing the best practices in mentoring investee companies.

Mentoring is a key success factor in angel investing. The mortality of businesses is due in large part by inadequate administrative or policy decisions, lack of skills and / or experience of the leaders. The support structures to improve this are becoming more numerous. Mentoring or coaching as a learning process should play an effective role as a catalyst and help the entrepreneur to master the skills required to drive the business during the successive phases of development. The support should also help develop a harmonious relationship with the company. This workshop aims to differentiate the roles and discuss the different styles Angels may adopt and his/her role in the valorization of the company.
