Christopher Voutsinas is President, Capital Value & Income Corp., a proprietary co-investment and asset management platform that he
founded in 2010. Capital Value & Income Corp. seeks to partner with institutional capital in the alternative asset classes including venture capital, real estate, and infrastructure. Christopher is an active angel investor.
Christopher has held senior strategic roles at leading institutions including Deutsche Bank (Managing Director, Global Head of Real Estate Asset Management, London), Goldman Sachs (Executive Director, Merchant Banking, London), and Oxford Properties Group / OMERS (Global Head of Investment, Toronto). With over 20 years of real estate private equity and opportunistic investment experience, he has managed and advised on investments and transactions in Europe, Asia, and the Americas. He has lead professional teams based in North America, Europe, and Asia from offices in London, New York, and Toronto.
Christopher received an M.B.A. from the Wharton School of Business, an M.S. in Real Estate from M.I.T., and a Bachelor of Architecture from McGill University. He is a Fellow of the Royal Institute of Chartered Surveyors, a founding board member of Kids Health Links Foundation, and a member of the Ontario Advisory Committee of TELUS.
